Coach Judy feld Judy Feld is an executive coach with a highly regarded reputation worldwide. Her professional credentials and leadership place her at the top of this relatively new and rapidly growing profession. Her company is called CoachNet, and she has been working with business and professional people since 1995 to support them in creating strategies to achieve their goals and maintain an optimal work/life balance. She coaches executives, entrepreneurs, managers, scientists, and business teams all over the world, with extensive experience in career, change, leadership and communications coaching for professionals at all levels. She was a pioneer in the development of group coaching models for corporations and organizations. Judy is a sought-after speaker at professional conferences and workshops. Judy was co-founder of the Executive and Professional Coaching Program
at the University of Texas at Dallas, which accepted its first cohort
class in September, 2005. She now serves on the faculty, leads the Coaching
Practicum, and manages faculty training and credentialing for this ICF
Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP). Judy also was also instrumental
in the creation of the award-winning coaching initiative in UTD's Executive
MBA program, and continues to serve as an executive coach in that program. She is the co-author of the book "SmartMatch Alliances", released September, 2002 and a partner in Coaching Success™, specializing in global distance learning by telephone, using a state-of-the-art conference call system for interactive and dynamic TeleForums.
Prior to her tenure at AMR, Judy held management positions with UCCEL Corporation, STSC, CompuServe, and Texas Instruments. Judy publishes an E-newsletters, Coaching Success, focusing on corporate distance learning and offering tips, tools and techniques on management, marketing, sales & technology. She is a pioneer in the development of group coaching. Judy created a program for the Center for the 21st Century (UNT) on the Virtual Corporation and has co-authored a diversity seminar entitled “Faces of the Future ... Dealing Successfully with Tomorrows Workforce ... Today.” These programs have been delivered worldwide. Her continuing appearances on PBS-TV focus on technology and its influences on business in the future. She is a 1993 graduate of Leadership America and a founder of OPTIC, a discussion group on current issues. She is a member of the Network of Executive Women. Judy Feld was the 2003 President of the International Coach Federation (ICF), the 13,000-member nonprofit organization that serves professional coaches. She served on the Board of Directors for eight years. Judy Feld is an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) - one of the first 20 coaches to receive that designation at its inception in 1998. ![]()
