SET GOALS AND ACHIEVE OBJECTIVES

Leadership Coaching

COACHING MODEL AND APPROACH

Many of us are now working from home and evaluating any possible change, with perhaps an increased focus on (and time for) professional and personal development. We're all trying to make sense of all the changes that have occurred in the workplace and in the world.

Working with a coach is a great way for successful individuals and teams to:

  • Set and achieve higher quality goals and reach their well-defined objectives

  • Create effective strategies

  • Optimize team performance

  • Improve communications and leadership skills

  • Understand and motivate others

  • Eliminate rather than tolerate the negatives

  • Achieve a balanced life

  • Make better decisions

  • Look for, recognize, and act on environmental clues

  • Accelerate development in business, skills, knowledge, relationships

SUPERWOMAN COACHING

Judy Feld combines the many lessons learned from a long corporate career and extensive coaching experience with women executives and managers to provide solution-focused coaching with a strategic approach to SuperWoman.

Who is SuperWoman?

Do you see her in the mirror?

How can SuperWoman manage it all? We are all pressed for time and searching for balance, peace and joy. Executive and managerial women must focus on trends in the workplace, issues of loyalty and security, company culture and politics, and future career satisfaction. Entrepreneurial and professional women are also juggling many complex priorities—all competing for their time. Female leaders in fields of science, technology, engineering or math (STEM) face career and work-life balance challenges every single day.

We are living in complex times, and we know that both women and men have:

Multiple Roles
Complex Lives
Family Responsibilities
Over Commitment-itis

Women may (more so):

Take time off
Do more at home/elder care
Neglect networking
Be stereotyped
Earn less!

Judy Feld combines the many lessons learned from a long corporate career and extensive coaching experience with women executives and managers to provide solution-focused coaching with a strategic approach to SuperWoman - individually and in groups. Individual coaching focuses on your specific agenda and objectives. Coaching by telephone is geographically independent, cost effective and efficient.

SuperWoman's cape is becoming tattered!

RETIREMENT RESILIENCY

If you are 50 or older and looking for work, or just planning ahead, working with a career coach is an effective way to create and implement career strategies.  OR…choose a completely new direction that suits you—become a SeniorPreneur.

Who are the 'working retired' and what do they want and need?

  • 27% of adults in 2020 reported that they're “retired and still working.”

  • There are now about 70 million Baby Boomers (born 1946-1964) in the U.S. The oldest are 75 and the youngest are in their fifties.

  • They are redefining what it means to be older, living longer, and working longer.

  • From a 2021 study by seniorliving.org:
55% of workers intend to keep working in retirement. 14% want to work full time. 41% say they will work part-time.

  • The growth in self-employment since 2000 has been fueled by people over 50…and by many much older that that.

Boomers have resilience, resourcefulness-

and options.

Boomers may lose their jobs, but not their experience and wisdom. Working with a coach can help you identify your priorities, strengths and values.  If you would like to receive additional information about retirement resiliency or discuss your individual options contact Judy and indicate that you are interested in this topic.
