LEADERSHIP IN THE MULTI-GENERATION WORKPLACE

We now have more than four generations in the workplace!

Business Team

We can identify four and two halves [the oldest and the youngest generations have far fewer numbers currently in the workplace].

It's crowded in there! This program focuses on traits specific to each generation, and, most importantly, what leaders and managers need to understand about the generations' interactions,  issues, styles and preferences to create a productive and cooperative workplace environment. This program can be delivered in a half-day or full-day format, or virtually to participants all over the world. We have had enthusiastic response and feedback from our workshops and keynote presentations on multi-generational issues.

If you would like to receive additional information about the four generations in the workplace contact Judy and indicate that you are interested in this topic.

RETIREMENT RESILIENCY

Who are the 'working retired' and what do they want and need? More and more corporations and organizations are offering flexibility, increased options, programs and coaching resources to their employees (or members) nearing traditional retirement age.

Who are the 'working retired' and what do they want and need?

  • 27% of adults in 2020 reported that they're “retired and still working.”

  • There are now about 70 million Baby Boomers (born 1946-1964) in the U.S. The oldest are 75 and the youngest are in their fifties.

  • They are redefining what it means to be older, living longer, and working longer.

  • From a 2021 study by seniorliving.org:
55% of workers intend to keep working in retirement. 14% want to work full time. 41% say they will work part-time.

  • The growth in self-employment since 2000 has been fueled by people over 50…and by many much older that that.

SUPERWOMAN SYMPOSIUM

The SuperWoman Symposium™ is a workshop for forward-thinking corporations and organizations providing women's initiative programs or other support for the leadership and career development of their female employees. We have had enthusiastic response and feedback from our workshops and keynote presentations — delivered virtually or in-person.

In a half-day or full-day format (or ongoing coaching group) we provide insight and support for the women in your organization to optimize their performance at work while leading complex and busy lives. We address the challenges inherent in finding a balance between work and life without sacrificing professional success, and making well-informed career decisions.

Who is SuperWoman?

How can SuperWoman manage it all? We are all pressed for time and searching for balance, peace and joy. Executive and managerial women must focus on trends in the workplace, issues of loyalty and security, company culture and politics, and future career satisfaction. Entrepreneurial and professional women are also juggling many complex priorities—all competing for their time. Female leaders in fields of science, technology, engineering or math (STEM) face career and work-life balance challenges every single day.

Judy Feld combines the many lessons learned from a long corporate career and extensive coaching experience with women executives and managers to provide solution-focused coaching with a strategic approach to SuperWoman - individually and in ongoing groups and one-time workshops. Individual coaching focuses on the client's specific agenda and objectives. Virtual coaching is geographically independent, cost effective and efficient.

She works in your organization. We know that both women and men have:

Multiple Roles
Complex Lives
Family Responsibilities
Over Commitment-itis

Women may (more so):

Take time off
Do more at home/elder care
Neglect networking
Be stereotyped
Earn less!

SuperWoman's cape is becoming tattered!

A coach provides a rich set of tools that grows through the years to support a client in each new opportunity and challenge.

I am a walking example of the value of long-term coaching. When we launched the coaching journey in 2005, I was already quite senior in my career. Each new leadership step I took came with a myriad of new experiences for which my existing set of competencies needed to be stretched. Judy has supported me in the evolution of my skills, insights, and talents to successfully meet each new stage. She’s helped to extract what was deep inside me and expand it; I think about it as a tool bag that has grown and grown through the years to support me in each new leadership challenge.
